Afterburn Soccer Show: Six Point Weekend

FC Dallas found a way against Real Salt Lake. North Texas SC came from behind against Minnesota United FC 2. It was a six point weekend, and we go live to break down the results.

What a weekend for FC Dallas fans.

Real Salt Lake battled back to an equalizer, but FC Dallas didn’t leave the early Jesus Ferreira goal as the single offensive entry on the night. Bernard Kamungo, the legendary walk-on from Abilene High School and North Texas, found the go ahead goal. Celebrations ensued. Madness and beauty and wonder!

North Texas, after a slump that saw them give up 7 goals in fifteen minutes in previous matches, bounced back in a huge way. They went down early to Minnesota United FC 2 and then found the magic to go ahead. The crowd was really nice too. Shoutout to Superdraft pick Herbert Endeley for his first professional goal.
