Welcome to another edition of the Afterburn Soccer Show.

What a weekend it was for FC Dallas.

For North Texas SC, not so much.

We will start with the senior team, looking back at a result punched FC Dallas’ ticket to the postseason. And more than just getting them in, they leapt to 7th place. This sets them up for what is going to be an absolutely fierce rematch with Vancouver plus a guaranteed home match. Will it be easy? No. But with the way this team is playing, what is there to lose?

Plus, we will talk about who gets back, including Petar Musa and Logan Farrington. And Ramiro. But will Sam Sarver start? We have questions.

We will close out the show, before predictions, by looking at North Texas SC’ falling out of the playoffs with a 3-0 loss to the Town FC. While the team did fight hard, they missed Sam Sarver, and a few mistakes dug them a hole that was difficult to climb out of. We’ll look at John Gall’s comments after the match and talk about what is ahead for this team in 2026 with their own stadium to call home.
