Welcome back friends after a tough week for FC Dallas and North Texas Soccer Club.
FC Dallas managed just a point on the past two road games — in a feisty 2-2 draw in Portland that felt like something was left on the table and then an overall disappointing match in San Diego that resulted in a loss.
The team will travel back out to the West Coast later this week and have a chance to rebound against the Los Angeles Galaxy.

Petar Musa will compete in the MLS All-Star game this week
FC Dallas has loaned in a midfielder from USL-C, Clay Holstad, on loan. He’s a Quill guy and helps boost midfield depth
North Texas SC did not fair much better, coming back to Mansfield on a high and then coughing up two early goals. They did surge back, with Edouard Nys again showing his quality. He’ll also be participating in some MLS Next All-Star skill work, but for this team to return home and not turn their new stadium into a fortress was a disappointment.
Benji Flowers, fresh with his FC Dallas contract, started for North Texas.
