Afterburn Soccer Goes Live Tonight

The interim manager bump didn't last in Seattle, but for a moment, we were dreaming of beautiful things. We go live tonight at 8 PM to talk FC Dallas and North Texas SC.

What a week.

The interim manager bump led to two solid home wins for FC Dallas, and for about 75 minutes in Seattle, the team looked to grab a huge away win. Until Seattle stirred to life and Dallas forgot how to defend. A disappointing result, for sure.

North Texas got back into action and settled for a draw and penalty kick shootout at home over rivals Austin FC 2. Again, not the result new head coach Michel wanted, but the team remains in a strong position in MLS Next Pro.

We will break this down, maybe toss in a bit of United States Men’s National Team info, look around the rest of the league, and enjoy some cold beverages.
